Costs often rise without companies proportionately increasing the value they generate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vendor lock-in: why prices soar without competition<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The professionals surveyed report annual price increases of <strong>10 % on average<\/strong>, with extreme cases reaching <strong>18 % to 300 %<\/strong> according to sector studies.
