Lensea - Redesign of a critical business application for medical optics

Lensea is a business application dedicated to the complete management of activities linked to the fitting and monitoring of contact lenses. As part of this project, we carried out a complete overhaul of the existing tool, initially विकसित based on AppSheet, in order to design a bespoke, high-performance web solution that was perfectly aligned with the needs of the field.

The aim was not simply to migrate the existing system, but to carry out an in-depth rethink of the user experience, business workflows and data structure. This new application centralises all operations (consultations, billing, patient follow-up, medical documents, etc.) in a fluid, fast and consistent interface.

The project is part of an advanced digitisation strategy for a demanding medical environment, where performance, precision and traceability are essential.

Our support

We supported Lensea in a complete overhaul of its business tool, with an approach focused on actual use in the practice and operational issues.

Our approach consisted of an audit of the existing system (AppSheet) and the identification of friction points, a detailed analysis of business workflows, a functional structuring into EPICs for a clear and scalable vision, a UX/UI design focused on speed and ease of use, the development of a robust, high-performance web application, the introduction of automation to reduce the administrative workload, and the preparation of the platform for future changes in requirements.
