Time & Triumph - Taking over an e-commerce project
Time & Triumph is a brand looking to develop a high-performance e-commerce site to sell its collections. The initial project, started by an external service provider, had a number of limitations: an incomplete structure, insufficient performance, technical bugs and an incomplete user experience.
