TGS Africa - Development of a customised digital tool
TGS Africa approached Iterates to design a digital tool capable of optimising its internal processes and improving the sharing of information between its various teams spread across the African continent. The aim was to replace manual and heterogeneous procedures with a single, structured platform adapted to local operational realities.
