Embuild PVD-OPC is a web application developed to enable a not-for-profit organisation to automate the creation of payment files from Excel, while integrating a CRM to manage its members. The project met a real need to save time, ensure data reliability and improve communication with the construction companies involved.

Our support

For this project, we supported Embuild from functional definition through to final delivery. We worked closely with their teams to understand the realities on the ground and model the encoding flows in the best possible way. Development was structured around short sprints, enabling rapid validation. The interface was designed to be intuitive and accessible to non-technical profiles. Finally, we took care of production roll-out and user training to ensure smooth adoption.
