Matchical is a mobile and web-based platform designed to facilitate relations between care providers (nurses, doctors) and beneficiaries (hospitals, nursing homes). The aim was to offer a simple, automated solution tailored to the administrative requirements of the medical sector, while making it easier to find assignments and manage contracts.

Our support
We began the project with an in-depth discovery phase with medical sector players to identify the day-to-day pains involved in managing missions. UX mock-ups were co-constructed with users to ensure optimal usability. We developed the application in several sprints, including regular feedback from the customer. Visit showcase site was designed at the same time to promote the solution. Finally, we have put in place post-delivery monitoring and support for all types of user.
