SO+ wanted to develop a tailor-made internal ERP to centralise the operational management of its assignments and structure the work of its SoWorkers. The main objective of this first phase (Phase 1 - MVP) is to build a solid, functional foundation focused on the core business, while guaranteeing simplicity, efficiency and budget control.

The tool will enable teams to supervise activity in real time, manage assignments and optimise the profitability of each project, while laying the foundations for future developments.

Our support

We supported SO+ in the creation of this operational base, adopting an iterative approach.

The first phase consisted of developing the core business for immediate, controlled use, structuring the key functionalities to reduce complexity, putting in place a technical base ready to host future modules (email, signature, documents, AI, customer access), as well as tests and adjustments to ensure stability and adoption by the teams.

This initial phase will provide SO+ with a functional, high-performance ERP system, while paving the way for future upgrades and optimisation.
