SO+ - Internal ERP for managing and monitoring assignments
SO+ wanted to develop a tailor-made internal ERP to centralise the operational management of its assignments and structure the work of its SoWorkers. The main objective of this first phase (Phase 1 - MVP) is to build a solid, functional foundation focused on the core business, while guaranteeing simplicity, efficiency and budget control.
The tool will enable teams to supervise activity in real time, manage assignments and optimise the profitability of each project, while laying the foundations for future developments.
