DermoWhat - Intelligent tele-dermatology platform
DermoApp is an innovative web-based medical application designed to democratise access to dermatological care. Designed to address the issues of waiting times, specialist availability and emergency triage, the platform enables patients to easily submit photos of skin lesions along with an intelligent medical questionnaire.
Available in French and English (with a planned extension into Dutch), DermoApp is part of an approach to digital medicine that is accessible, fast and secure. Its positioning is based on a dual approach: automation via artificial intelligence and validation by qualified dermatologists, in an asynchronous consultation model with no appointment constraints.

We supported the DermoApp project from the strategic design phase through to the technical development of the platform.
Our approach was based on product scoping and user path definition workshops, UX/UI design centred on simplicity and trust, development of a robust and scalable architecture, gradual integration of the artificial intelligence bricks, implementation of a business back-office adapted to medical constraints and anticipation of the challenges of scalability, security and internationalisation.
