TGS, an international law firm, approached iterates to modernise its website in order to improve performance, interactivity and understanding of user needs. The aim of the project was to implement a fluid, responsive and interactive experience via the integration of a chatbot based on artificial intelligence, while guaranteeing strict RGPD compliance and good natural referencing.
