ProMecano - Intelligent assistant for field technicians
ProMecano is an innovative digital solution designed to transform access to technical knowledge within field teams. Through an intuitive PWA application coupled with a web administration interface, the platform enables technicians to obtain immediate answers to their operational problems thanks to a chatbot powered by artificial intelligence.
The project is part of a strategy to capitalise on internal knowledge: the knowledge of experienced technicians and support staff is structured, enhanced and made accessible in real time, anywhere in the world. In this way, ProMecano aims to reduce dependency on experts, speed up incident resolution and significantly improve the productivity of technical teams.
Accessible directly via the browser (with no need to download via the stores), the solution offers a fluid, universal experience, adapted to environments in the field.
